The April 2024 Annual Report showed Yankuang held 62.26% and Cinda has now further sold down to 7.69% so the two largest holders combined is currently 69.95%. A mere 0.05% to go to achieving the required 30% free float for ASX 300 inclusion. Bit surprising Cinda did not sell a few more to get us over the line. Could be something I have missed and we are already there now? I assume the sell down and the share price rise on the one day are not coincidental. I've learnt over the decades that in life coincidences are few and far between.
