    "there was no Palestine to take it from"

    The Balfour declaration from the British government includes this reference "His Majesty's Government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people"

    Was there a big mistake? Did Jews end up causing chaos and misery in the wrong place or a place that does not exist? How did they all get there if there was "no Palestine" at the end of their journey? Remarkable!

    Is there any people in history so dependent on constant deception, context switching and lies?
