If that new takeover offer at 19c was real we are a world away from that. I'm sure they would be able to buy a lot of shares on market at that price which would give them a decent amount of votes.
I just can't see anyone other than Regal supporting the board at the next AGM.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a decent hike in the SP when the retail offer closes.
But yes history is not good.
