1,666,000 options were issued to Managing Director Atmavireshwar Sthapak on 23 December 2021. Each option is exercisable over one fully paid, ordinary, share in the Company and has an exercise price of AUD 0.03 per share.

The options expire on 30 April 2024.

One would assume he has/will exercise them. Be interesting to see how many he has sold though.

The year prior he tried to scam some extra one off cash payments (Total Value of AUD $180K) based on performance milestones. Unfortunately for him he underestimated his own ability to meet a deadline and they all lapsed due to failure to meet the target dates - no surprise to any long term shareholder of course
