Himself, it means that somebody was happy to take stock at a substantial discount to the market price when the company had been substantially derisked. Quite unlike those who put in money while our former chairman's stench was still fresh at TZ HQ.
Yes the bottom should be in at 35c providing TZ use the money successfully to move forward. Besides those 2 positives, I don't see much else. A free attaching option for all shares as at today's date would have been a reward.
