The short term CGT hit is only 5% inside an SMSF so it's not too bad.
If I was expecting another company to have a SP bump on a good July quarterly, the 5% hit might be worth it.
Just hypothetical, I have no plans to sell my DXB because I think the US/China deals could be announced any day.
