Wrong block of land Rob, they did a deal to get a much bigger block about 500m away that will have access to super cheap H2 for their energy needs. Belfast is still a chemistry set, and will still need to build a commercial scale refinery. Europe needs all it can get ~
Pensana however have the edge as they will not only be recycling Wind Turbines (once they become available) but they also have a mine that will be capable of supplying RE's at an economically viable cost.
Just on that last point, what RE price do you think IXR is going to be declaring as revenue to the GoU, a smart move would be to declare the SMM MREC price for export, then sell it at the West's (UBS) price for refined oxides to LCM.
