The new financial year starts tomorrow.
The board had better perform the new year clock starts soon and by all accounts some of those board members will disappear either before the AGM by way of a shareholder resolution(corporations act s249D), at the AGM or within 3 months of the AGM having received the second strike on the renumeration report.
Lets roll.
