1. From what I've seen they all reference DSR loudspeaker. Ap are the only ones doing this.

2. If they were working with local paying developers they'd have less need to raise funds. Obviously, yes, companies still need to raise funds to accelerate growth etc even if they do have cash coming in, but come on mate you're smarter than this.

3. This was going to be a problem no matter who they teamed up with. Whether it be based in Israel, Germany or the DRC. If a company is pumping millions into product development and are coming up with novel processes they're going to protect their interests and maximise profits. They've got 3 foundries they'll be able to produce enough to get things rolling.

i think this thing is cooked just as much as you do but at least try to bring some arguments to the table that evoke some serious questioning of why its dead in the water.
