it's provided a nice little up-tick in RXL's price.
RXLOA and RXLO have also jumped up nicely too - however I think that there may be a stronger move this afternoon. News on micro-caps usually can take up to a few hours, to even a day or two, to filter out to the rest of the market (remember when RXL announced the JV?)
