If the deal goes ahead I can understand there could be a more adverse situation for minority shareholders. That is a question of circumstances around trading out of a private company after the exit from the ASX.
Looks like the only buyers would be the majority holders ie 88% who would then offer less than 45c???
No idea! Anyone care to comment?
