The drivers are that this is effectively a shell now with a project and Managing Director to come on board at some point.
With only just over 100m shares on issue JAG is priced very cheaply on a market cap basis, especially when compared to similar shells that are recapitalisations with over 1 billion shares on issue.
This has the potential to go a lot higher if the MD and project are good.
I trust the existing management; they seem conservative, and imo have been waiting for the right opportunity to become available. Judging by the depth they may have possibly found it.
