Not really. Even if there is the expected 0.25% rate reduction in the US at the end of this year it will be because the Fed Reserve has been able to put a lid on retail spending which ZIP is reliant upon.
It won't mean that the margins that ZIP has to pay on its borrowings will be reduced, they are likely to be increased as risk increases and the available options are limited.
