how is it strange? The company handed over a stack of shares post FDA approval at a pre FDA approval price minus 10%. They gifted a whole lot of risk free profit for no reason and those risk free profits are in the process of being cashed in.
I am a buyer at these levels, but not sure how anyone can be a fan on that raise unless of course they were a part of it!
