PEXA intangibles are probably worth that much and it has incredible value so I wouldn't worry about their intangibles, it nearly impossible for anyone to replicate PEXA intangible network effect and integration so it worth every cent.
PEXA is a game of cost, unless they bring their cost under control and they should and they must and there are plenty of fat there they can trim
this is another job for the activist investors or a private equity who can buy a large stake and wheel influences on cost control because the current management sure as hell can't control cost
