It takes time. Funds need to have their meetings, gather around the oval table, discuss, plan. They all dont just jump in at 10am and buy up millions from announcement released hour earlier.
What happens over the days to come is what matters, not what happens today!

Everything is looking good, and the price will climb in due time as the big boys finalise their meetings and making the million dollar decisions!
