Call me speculative, or even optimistic, but when i see a TVN signing a HOA for a strategic partnership on the one hand to provide funding and on the other hand to enter into an off take aggreement with Sumitomo for the Speewah Flurite project, then a delegation from TVN tottles off to Japan getting a photo session outside JBIC, followed by a tweet from our CEO having returned to the effect 'at a Fed Govt briefing' 'at CEDA our strategic alliance will be presented as an exemplar of international partnerships', i think im free to speculate that the CR may involve our strategic partner. Just saying.
