what would you know about proof ....all you ever post is baseless propaganda .
It is a simple fact that russia presently controls very slightly over 18% of Ukraine (not 18.5%) ..... a year ago was just under 18% .....approximately half a percent in a whole year (despite the shell shortage ) .....if you have anything to counter that feel free .....but sorry , your rather poor quaity propaganda is not proof at all
and if you have a look at a map ......you'll see those four oblasts russia claims .....are ALL still partly occupied by Ukraine .....the two big capitols (Kherson and Kharkiv) still firmly in Ukrainian hands with no signs of that changing .
