Thanks for the heads up! I went over it again and oh what do you know, the price used to get the callout EBIDTA of $83.1m and IRR of 80% is only $109USD/kg....
If you understand basic principles of supply and demand, and have some awareness of the current and future REE project pipeline, you'll understand how unlikely a spot price of $109USD/kg is to be realised and serves to inflate the project's economics.
Just an $11m EBIDTA on today's prices...
