@RaceOncology this is a good question. My understanding is RAC would get the allocated percentage royalties and then CoH would get a low single digit royalty of RAC’s earnings. Are you able to answer this question?
Secondly @hotcongo depending on how the contracts are drawn up, it might suit RAC to get CPACS approval with no correlation to FTO and just pay CoH the penalties. Not sure how this would go unless we could see the RAC-CoH terms of agreement. Dr T, no expectation for you to go anywhere near touching this part of my response.
