The problem is that it's trapped. If equity markets drop the dollar drops which is good but equity markets will pull it down. If things keep soaring then our dollar gets stronger and that in turn wipes out BSL.
It looks undervalued to me but the market as a whole looks overvalued so if we have a sudden drop BSL will just look even more undervalued...go down.
