Phosphate production facility visible in background of photo of AP. This is the equivalent of our Mulgabbie tenements, next to the majors, only the worlds majors in Nb. Market doesn't get this imho, or we wouldn't be an 8m mc.
This has become a hugely asymmetric bet (as the bitcoiners used to say), upside potential is multiples of the downside risk, especially with Mulgabbie covering the downside with gold booming.
