    DC has often mentioned how we wants competitive pressure to assist RNU in its negotiations.

    By delaying signing an agreement this long.... whilst it has been partly forced upon him due to market conditions, with everything else playing out around the world regarding supply, has absolutely played to RNU's benefit.
