Look at Sundance Resources SDL for the alternative to voting yes IMO.
Maybe they win something good in the end, but they've been on the arbitration pathway for 4+ years now and obviously suspended & delisted for most of it.

Everybody with a right-mind is voting yes to the sale and it will pass with 80%+ of the vote.

Got to know when to fold them, know when to walk away, and know when to run.
