As long as the delay is because they are perfecting the submission, rather than dragging feet.
You would think they would have it together by now though, what else are they spending so much money on if not this resubmission, which has no new clinical data associated with it?
It likely would be beneficial to have the outcome come out after the AGM if they're worried about it, I'm guessing Si would be in a precarious position if it were rejected again.
