In their pursuit of self seeking greed 360 Capital Group have nicely shafted their shareholders.
Estimated NTA now down to around 60c from 90c in Dec.

There will be a time to start buying, but not yet in my opinion. Those that participated in the 40c capital raising a few months ago, are now underwater as well.
Another round of increased CAP rates for Dec 24 should see further decline in property values and NTA.
