Our resident ‘fortune teller’ hasn’t YET declared the ‘boring obvious’ !!
Oh yeah, he won’t declare it when and where it’s reached - but will come back ‘after event’ and claim that he was SPOT ON !!!
As far as his prediction goes, it’s still a bear season and it MAY reach $19 !! Now it’s zig zagging and if anything it’s a ‘dead cat bounce’ !!
