If it's true that the debt funding is going to be pulled (again) and that an equity raise will be used in it's place - I have to wonder about the ability of LTR to raise $550m in the current market (unless there is a very significant discount).
Most likely outcome IMO is that the $550m debt funding will be reduced by some amount with the balance being met by an equity raise.
