    depends on the discount given.

    123m USD owed with ~ 22m USD in legal costs.

    if they give them 15% off and are paid 105m.
    using 0.67 AUD/USD and IDA share of settlement at 68.5% and with 655m shares on issue , a few assumptions i know.

    but i get a cash portion of 13c. the existing business worth 10m? so we could see 14.5c share price.
