With the POTUS now immune from prosecution for official acts Biden now has the ability to order the Fat Orange Turd to be executed because he deems the Fat Orange Turd to be a threat to the rule of law and democracy.
That would be an official act and the courts could not look into if there was some personal motive for issuing that order
