The term " bankable" in "bankable feasibility study" does not mean you can bank on these numbers.

This term is little understood , and has been misused by many juniors. I am not saying that RAU is doing that in this case.

It is the level of study required that can be used for attracting finance for a project. The highest level of study is called a Definitive Feasibility Study , though these terms are now old hat as some Very Large companies are using single "trendy" terms to identify the study stages.
