    There is No immunity for defying a Subpoena, hiding documents, and lying to the FBI, etc...

    Trump was give more than enough time to return the documents that weren't his to keep, he made the decision to not return them. He has been charged accordingly.


    As for Clinton, you need to do some homework, the sock drawer tapes were an audio diary belonging to Clinton, they were not classified documents.
