Try detaching the chart tab so it's a slave window. It's been a bit hit and miss on loading charts today though and as noted above intraday charts not updating live(they were yesterday). It's annoying but these problems will no doubt be sorted out soon enough, there really aren't any better options out there unless you go to iress pro which is a significant increase in cost
