Offtake deal could be good for LTR, depending on dilution.
Debt is much better for share holders if the terms are commerical. It seems likely the terms of the debt deal couldnt be met, so this is an alternative equity funding option.
Will be interesting to see the details, but I wouldn't be using rockets just yet, this will likely result in a fairly hefty discount to the current price and may still require a retail and insto CR at a discount.
