trump only has immunity for crimes committed in line of his "official duties " but still , this blurs things and places the onus on prosecutors to prove the crime wasn't commited as an official duty
I think it's designed to delay....it certainly will delay as trump argues it was his duty as POTUS to throw out the will of the people .....to give trump time to get elected ....to then allow trump to pardon himself
