I think it's designed to delay....it certainly will delay as trump argues it was his duty as POTUS to throw out the will of the people .....to give trump time to get elected ....to then allow trump to pardon himself

its a fair finding by SCOTUS, the President should have limited immunity to official duties.

Prosecutors will now have to ensure they can prove actions taken weren't in official duties. I would assume any of the J6 cases will be very tough to prove otherwise. Unsure on the ramifications of the other cases
