no ....harder ....longer messier ....but in the final analysis trump was definitiely not acting in his countries capacity as POTUS when he tried to change the election result
interfering with statutary bodies charged with conducting a fair election and attempting to suborn individuals to avoid doing their duty in formalising the will of the people in an election are not within POTUS prescribed duties ....in fact I believe they are proscribed
trump is very plainly guilty of subversion and treason for his VERY illegal and self serving actions .....and I have no doubt if elected he WILL pardon himself
