Without the manufacturing expense, the quarterly expenditure will be $20M per quarter with over half on R&D which will allow them to claim at most 50% rebate on those expense. The pps will increase as more clinical trial updates are released and the market will price their MC with less risk and volatility as the IP development advances (I'm surprise the pps has dropped so much despite waiting for 8 months on the clinical update but that's the market for you).
