This looks a decent outcome. Far better than the Bank Financing which if prices remain subdued for a long period could have turned into a nightmare.
At least dealing with someone who may want a win win.
Saying that the underlying chemical pricing needs to improve dramatically. If it does not I don't see the shorters exiting in a hurry.
