Yes HP would block a low ball TO bid for RXL unless it was their own low ball bid.Look at the Capricorn Metals chart below. The SP is flat all the way from Hawke's Point entry to their own low ball bid with Emerald Resources.The bid valued CMM at just $85.8 million. Rox have wisely tried to have a spread of insto investments rather than let one of them get a stranglehold on the company
