* bad news: Why can we not get such an agreement?
(I know re process not working as expected and thus not proven but there are plenty of process risks in this deal too (or, since it is spodumene, do they think it's the devil they know? Scared of the "unknown" chemical conversion that very few have mastered at scale?))
