    No need to check constitution Pep. Price is offered. BOD recommends to SHs accept or no. Major shareholders have a pow wow and the vote is taken. We all get to vote on a takeover but unless you hold in the tens of millions plus your vote probably won’t have much influence.

    Happy to be corrected if I have missed something here.
