You have an outright confirmation on call that bank debt was a viable option for LTR. So, you are speaking absolute rubbish.
Do agree bank market, and frankly all debt options, will be tough globally for all junior li developers for a while, as China plays its index games.
That just reinforces and validates the position LTR is now in, including the lowest cost expansion options as Dynofish notes.
Time for shorts to panic here.
