it definitely feels like something heavy was on top today. I wouldnt be surprised to see another notice showing that they are less than 5% in the next few days, particularly if volume is high.
I had a peek at the last two shareholder notices and they days they sold were the days where there was good liquidity above 0.40, then any day above 0.45. The only exception to the >0.45 rule appears to be 1/11, and it seemed to settle on its highs so not sure if there was enough volume for them to trade...my platform won't let me see the intra-day trading on the stock so hard to work out what happened there.
This could mean that they have 7m or so shares for the market to digest before the stock can really take off, and we could see it test %0.45 before the pressure comes off the top.
Although I feel wealthier with the stock having a 0.5 in front of it, I would still like to buy more if it gets back down to 0.45, so it wouldn't be the worst thing ever (although some of my family members have been buyers above $0.50). As long as it is above there when we all sit down to Christmas dinner everything will be sweet.
Given that they have been roughly a third of the volume since the 15th October, it could take us another couple of months (right to the announcement of commercialisation(?)) before they exit the register...if that is what they are intending to do.
