having read their document i may take back the bit about there being an actual rail solution on the table but i think it does throw up some potentially juicy scenarios, and has been stated in the past possibly the most valuable asset at the moment is the port allocation for the members of the nwioa, so you can probably add in some serious talks between those three companies and of course BHP would never not look at the potential for at least getting the frs and brm allocation of the 50m tonnes p.a. available next door to their facility as opposed to the outer harbour expansion.
