We now get a guy in to mow our lawns - only about 1400 square meters on flat ground but we feel that at our stage in life looking 80 down the barrel, we should not be ashamed of getting help.

Today I visited our dentist to get a gold cap that had fallen off repostioned.

Our dentist advised me to try not to swallow the cap if it came off again.
I imagined what I would have to do to recover it if I did and promised the dentist I would try very, very hard not to.
