My last message was posted before I saw your link. It seems like they're favouring electrolysis,
"The threshold of 0.6kg of carbon dioxide equivalent up to the production gate is intended to provide support for only the cleanest hydrogen in line with the Government’s decarbonisation goals. As such, it is expected that the majority of production will come through electrolysis."
It is not clear in the document whether the 0.6 kg CO2 equivalent could be off-set by the carbon removed in the Hazer process. It would be good if Hazer could provide some publicly available feedback so that shareholders could make their own submissions backing Hazer up.
