+ 12-15m in interest if Gangfeng waits til deadline to pay (can't recall but he did say a figure). Everything from Tranche 2 onwards potentially impacted if they find a good project and we vote yes.
If they returned tranche 1+2 fully i think a lot of long term holders would get their money back + an unsatisfactory profit for the time/risk, with a free hit on a new project bought in a depressed market. Can they do that without touching tranche 2?
