Just wondering...
who is staying in the stock?
and
who has sold and is waiting to buy back in? (or even thinking about such a strategy?)
and
at what price?
my view is - first - it depends on where you think it is likely to go.
I think UBS has the lowest price target ie $2.50
so lets say you choose that price, from here to there ie from $3 to $2.50 is a fall of 16%
You could say sell now, wait say till it falls 10% and gets to $2.70 save yourself 30c and buy back in then.
But then you'd also have to have at the back of your mind that 20% of the stock is short and at some point these shorters are going to have to buy back there stock and there maybe some multi day buying where the stock is likely to go well beyond fair value ( $3.50 or about $1)
for me then on a risk reward basis the reward of getting that $1 from the short covering rally is far greater than reward of saving 30c and risk that I might miss the rally, so I am staying in.
How about you?
what do you think?
