    If management accepts this offer, it will be a downright insult.
    sp has been deliberately capped so Wah Nam's bid would be kept low. Wouldn't be surprised if it Wah Nam is the culprit.
    Couple years back there was a spp at $1.05. At current sp, it still hasn't reached this.
    What a joke - won't accept anything less than $2.
